l roche posted a photo of pat smullen riding out for d weld this morning. hopefully his health is improving.

kevin blake mentioned pancreatic cancer.............my heart sunk when I heard that.............its a really nasty one but seeing him ride out is very encouraging.......lets all hope he makes an excellent recovery

everytime you hear pat smullen speak he just comes across as such a great bloke.............great jockey..........lovely man.....when you see things  like this happen you know there is no god
