Should have sent it on instead of holding on to it...then if it made a mistake at the last it wouldn't have been so costly

we know that but the jockey obviously didn't

surely you have to jump the last at least a length clear travelling that well

koi ,,, i have watched it a couple of times and it did look a question of how far two out ,, the fav def fluffed it and ran on well but last hundred yards mr chow was going on and the other wasnt ,,, i think as i indicated in my earlier post , would it stay ,,, it prob did but not as well as mr chow , ohh do agree jockey was trying to be far too clever ,

Kemo it was going so well as you say...so why did jacob not kick on..he would have had the advantage at the last...it went from being strangled to making a mistake then a full blown ride..hard for any horse to do that....wd with the info though

i agree the pilot should have kicked on before the last hurdle ,,, jockeys playing jockeys ,,, nothing bout saving its mark , just very silly ,,, but it just might not have effected tge result ,,, but i can easily say that i punted the winner,

not sure if right offs the word, but 12s early def helps ,,, strange day really i had intended two bets , mr choy , the twiston davies bally something ,,, this one arrived pretty late this morning and y can see i had reservations bout channons stuff , so as i had punted a couple of winners includeing the lincoln winner and a second encore dor ,, it seemed the gods were on my side ,,, esp as i had decided today was too tough ,, but two late calls made today a really big one for me ,, for once the info was spot on , and long may it continue ,,, starting in the hunter at ascot sunday ,bettings a confidence thing really and its a great help if after yr ist bet youve 400quid to play with ,

i spoke to my guy who knows the moore stuff they were laughing all the way home , they as i indicated thought the fav had a chink as in wd it stay as well as theirs ,,, they thought theres wd outstay the other even if it was ridden differently , but its easy after the race dont you think ,

ive had a decent go at 530 ascot ,,, monsiuer gibralter ,,, i watched this piss up in a ladies open a couple of weeks ago ,,, it wasnt a very good race but they targeted this race last year and like many in this field doing same again ,,, its thought and this is what connections of monsieur think not my opinion,,, the fav is better on good ground ie mid cowboy ,,, if its still fav ,

its interesting that there are two imo  decentbets involveing the name Harriet, one at my local course where i am today ,,, but price is a touch skinny so it looks like i might be punting in ireland ,

Bit of a dilemma between the two.. midnight cowboy has the better form and maybe the better one over this trip and arguably has the better jock.
M Gibraltar is probably the one more suited to the ground conditions, but not really beaten much in points..as for the jock...looks like she doesn't give the horse much help..GL kemo

cheers koi ,,, its nice this early in the flat to be playing with betfair cash in my account even if its on the jumpers , as always yr on the money with yr assesment , if they win or lose the key thing is to have a idea of why you think yr horse will win , good luck ,

koi again yr infuriatingly right ; ok i knew the jockey wasnt top notch , yet sack of potatoeble out the side s come to mind ,,, travelled great midnite seemed stuffed and slight stumble , out the side she went ,,, of course her ,,, we would have won easily after the race dont butter no parsnips does it
