douvan bf 5/2 with a run
h no rule 4 if he is a n/r |
By:
Thank - you for being clear about that Ash.
By:
its a pain in the arse it being still in the market with pretty much no chance on it running
By:
Not withdrawn yet on BHA site, so not officially a non runner yet, although most unlikely to run. Bookmakers won't remove him and update the market until officially a non runner, a couple of firms who have taken him out have created new books and it would be interesting as to what they do to bets struck against Douvan with him down a non runner, if he actually runs, they would have to settle it as a without Douvan market I presume.

By:
i placed bet on 365 as douvan down non runner now back in betting, called them its my fault for not checking bet was correct what a joke ( did f/c fav and cue ), they looking to see if can credit money back?
By:
I certainly hope he won't be running. No horse should be allowed to run the day after a fall.
By:
i thought after fall like that would not be allowed, similar to not being able be remounted, who knows what damage has been done to him
By:
they have credited the bet back now, will wait till nearer the race see who actually running
By:
Not so long ago a horse fell in a P2P....and ran and won in a later race the same day.
By:
betfred proper criminals got douvan in at 5/2, imagine the rule four on their top price 11/10 in de sceaux
By:
Douvan was fine, he had a soft fall, didn't run loose and was barely out a canter when it happened and walked back. In all cruel probably exerted himself as much as he would have done in a schooling session at home. If I owned/trained him and he was sound this morning and ate up last night, he would be running.
By:
Was meant to say in all honesty
By:
I agree, but he wont run.
By:
I've just watched the fall again, it didn't look like a soft fall to me. One of the best sights off the day was seeing him walking back ok.

By:
Sore near hind .

By:
The first festival I went to Charlie Brooks won with Sound Reveille after he had fallen (I think) the previous day

Cant see Douvan appearing after that fall but more intrigued by Apples Jade. Finished full of running and would be up there in the Stayers
By:
Apples Jade is in season
By:
Finished full of running?... I must have been watching a different race.
By:
Apples Jade was in season and was walking up the hill, for me she can't run.
By:
Mullins couldn't give a sh*t about punters. Horse won't run but he's leaving it in there anyway until hours after it should have been withdrawn....
By:
douvan and apples jade declared non runners.
By:
Brian Gleeson on itv betting expert not a single word to warn punters of r4 on Douvan... totally bought out pundit
By:
Apples Jade only found in season after losing
By:
Of course...would have been checked by the vet after a below par run...nothing sinister!
By:
apples jade 5.4% reduction , looking at a couple of sites (oddschecker for one) cant see it even declared in the first place so no idea what price it was?
By:
apple's jade n/r due to not eating up.
was mainly 12/1 with bookmakers that did price her up. |
