Thought that this would be ok in the BSP multiples market but doesn't appear so. If I wanted to bet 3 x 3 over two races in 9 doubles is there a way to do this without having to enter 9 separate bets please?
No - the BSP Multiples will dutch your selections in both races - any particular reasons you want the 9 separate doubles rather than just staking the ducthed one for 9 times the stake?

Hi boys, Been looking at it and yes, longbridge is right, if you pick say 3 x 3 and perm then you get an average payout relative to the average prices irrespective of which two win. Essentially you pick however many horse you feel you need in each race then select doubles then select stake. The stake is then the cost of the bet, NOT the cost of each line, and the winnings are calculated as the average odds of all your selections (on the assumption that you will find the winner of each race - always the trickiest bit of the bet!)! Naturally this enhances the odds should a couple of your shortest priced horses win but then again reduces your odds if two of your longer priced selections win. Delta is also right because, unless you place all doubles individually, then you cannot be paid more for the longest priced winning double (or indeed less for the shortest one) because you have bet to predetermined average odds.
