Me too, have been on live chat twice, different answers, invalid bet no, my problem their problem, etc. Sure you all get the picture.

was just on the phone i was advised that the problem was on the verge of being sorted (half hour ago),they make it up as they go on.

The official line is, (Copy and pasted)............  So I have spoken to management about this and we are experiencing technical difficulties for exchange multiple bets on horse racing. For now bets cannot be settled however Betfair are looking into this.

    May affect any winning bonus (percentage profit promotion) we may have accrued though if it takes until Monday!

JEFFREY ,I placed a multiple Bet EW   Id 43214217 the horse finished 2nd  Minute Mile 1.25 Lingfield , the bet has not been settled but has been removed from my current bets . any idea why ?

Sorry for the long delay , however I am still looking into it with a manager due to the fact that a multiple bet was placed on the same horse.

Jeffrey : How was it settled correctly if the horse was 2nd and i backed it ew
Andrew: The first market was a win market and the other was a to place market.
Jeffrey : And the horse placed but you have not settled the place bet
Andrew: We have settled that as a winner however due to the fact that the other bet lost , then unfortunately all of the bet was settled as a loser!

would it be too much to ask for betfair customer services to put some sort of statement up on the forum so at least we know where we stand.

I still have a multiple at Kempton, this has now gone off my current multiples!!

I have just this second been credited with a payout, this was a multiple that did not exist when i contacted them.
