I would have thought that the Sportsbook SP is the normal industry SP and the BSP is the Betfair SP from the exchange.

It's not just you - I cannot place a Betfair SP multiple either. Get the error message 'The page you are requesting is currently not available. Please use the left menu to navigate to a market.'
Problem is... there is no left hand menu.

Some Betfair / Paddy Power idiot has switched it off or forgotten to switch it on.

There was a period about this time last year where this was almost normal.
I came to the conclusion that Betfair were just favouring their own site and wanted it to be used more.
I do think an explanation is in order but back then there wasn't one either.
