they spoke to the head of SIS streaming ( i think it was the same guy that done the article about in-running for bookmakers ) and was told that SIS can stream pictures with their new streaming technology under 2 seconds of live , once they receive the pictures , and that the technology will only improve/get quicker . but as SIS don't have the streaming rights ( ATR do ) , he doubts that at the moment ATR will pay the extra cost for this service .

Those betting at those two tracks have effectively had their bet placement time doubled against those on course and the bf bot. Why would they play under those conditions? Ok the rights holders might not be answerable to the users on here....but BF are effected and they are the customer of the rights holder.

As ever I would urge people who use it to contact Betfair helpdesk on twitter - they simply do not read the forum whereas they will respond to you on Twitter. Trouble is they think this is only affecting the 2 or 3 people on there who have complained....
