For what reason was Captain Bl.. Splendid disqualified , does anyone know?

There was a very slight bump by the first past the post to the eventual winner in the closing stages. It's a tough call for those who backed the Captain Splendid, the Stipes have previous having disqualified Wylie Hall in the July a couple of years ago for a similar incident. The video is on the Gold Circle website but they have glossed over it somewhat, here is a link to the reply incident at 5:15 in:
