i think he was unlucky, the horse was tired and he tried to push out as gently as he could while still getting third. They'll ban him cos they have to but imo he was unfortunate,,,

he had to ride it out again near the line as he's seen the other one coming. I've seen worse from frankie where he hasn't pushed out due to laziness
