If he wants to cover the singles/doubles/trebles/fourfolds it is 80 bets. If he wants actual Lucky 15s (with the bonuses etc) it is 16 Lucky 15 bets = 240 bets. Regardless of how the OP has posted, I think he wanted to know how many singles/doubles/trebles/accas to cover all bases which is 80 bets.
