Did anyone else get told on the Cash Race webpage that they'd exceeded a target then get told by text that BF had made a mistake and they hadn't won anything? I KNOW I saw a target and was more than two-thirds of the way to the next target, so was expecting at least £7 but I never got it. I've queried it several times with customer services, with promises that they'd get back to me but all  they'll tell me is that the promotions dept have checked my account and I (allegedly) didn't have enough points. The actual page with the points and targets on was removed long ago (and was only accessible in the first place from a link in an email, not from the site itself). Has anyone else had this happen? Can anyone remember what the first and second targets and prize amounts were or was it different for everyone?
