What comes across about them is that they seem to have used customers deposits/winnings/balances to finance other areas of the business(s). No different to banks investing savings in the investment banking market to some degree. If everyone went to withdraw at the bank at the same time the banks are screwed but that doesn't seem to have happened here which suggests they are very thinly capitalised and if it was my money I'd be very worried.
