comes across ok just seems to be "get on this next horse" all the time, usually the fav or 2nd fav trying to pick winners rather than getting the value imo
the other sporting selections have been diabolical as well, albeit from a small sample

I don't watch it much, I tend to turn over a few seconds before a race. I have seen him put some big priced winners up, and some even bigger F/C's in the past though.

Is this the guy who used to work for Betfair hospitality? -
Lost around 15 stone (seriously) - and was then involved in advertising some slimming idea/product on the internet ... But, then - Put all the weight back on again.

He did say that I think, Cardiff. He also mentioned the old get out clause, if you're on TV then you have to put one up EVERY race.

Trouble is he rarely puts one up , he has 3/4 selections in the same race and then basks in glory when he comes across a winner, especially if it a long 'un .

Just thought that with the sound of his 'smoker's cough' - far from ideal in broadcasting - that his breathing difficulty may be weight-related.

The chaser thing 1st. Coops read out an email from a viewer and asked what I do when I'm having a bad day......I turned and said "chase" this is because I try to bring a bit of a laugh into the programme. The bog standard answer we all already know.
I am the ONLY person I know to advise people of MY own horse, explain what went wrong before and tell them to take it each way 2 hours before the off and ASK them to wait until I got on. My horse ran over 1200m last week Sunday and got collared the last 20 m running a 0.55 length 3rd at 50/1 one person got 103/1 BF sp.....I do that for people because I am in it like everyone else to make money and I like to share.
exotic is the ONLY way to go, if you don't agree then fair enough but I know the truth and the bookmakers in the UK know it as well hence they have conditioned you all into believing that a lucky 15 is the answer oh and when you catch 5 lucky 15's they restrict your account.
anything else I am here to answer. My views in the studio are based on studying - speaking to people and sharing.
as for where I make my money I thought English people respected others business and religions and views or am I wrong.

The MDK answer is quite simple. For Mike to have a decent winner in Dubai as you put it he needs to get the right horse out of SA. This in itself is a challenge as it can take up to 6 months under the current protocol. The factor is that Dubai is far more competitive now than ever BUT the most contributing factor to MDK having less winners in Dubai is actually quite simple.
We don't have sand racing any longer in SA. The closure of the Vaal sand course and the re introduction of sand at Meydan has altered the playing field for South African horses for ever.
