I placed a bet 12/3 on the 4.30 Ayr a pony on Lochnell at 6/4.On checking the bet a return of £46. The bet appeared on account history but not on bet history.I rang customer service pointing out the incorrect settlement and also the fact the bet put on before the race was shown as having been placed after the race at 4.36.I emailed them this morning but no reply. What a bunch of ****s.

That is a copy of a previous bet with them so was it the 12th ?

Warwick was on the 12th, but Ayr was on 11th.

Their time is strange too. (I think it's been mentioned on here before)They use a 24hr format, yet it appears as 04:36PM. You'd expect that to be an AM time, and yours be 16:36PM.
Café Au Lait did run on 12/3. |

Yes but the courtesy of a reply and an explanation as to why there is no detail of the bet is a damming factor.

I cannot fail to notice that there is no no detail of the Bet I placed at Ayr settled wrongly.

This is clearly a case of a a computer **** up look at the times of the bets.A race on the 11th settled on the 12th no detail of the bet and a complete refusal to reply to my questions.
