Betfair cut costs, Downgrade the quality of staff and out source what ever they can so there is some one else to blame when it inevitably goes wrong.

Has anyone actually managed to get through to them to find out what the problem is??
Staff problems for sure, understaffed the main reason.
Make no difference if you do get through to betfair ,you will be told come back in twenty four hours we have that long to settle wagers.
**** will be delighted, free advertising, major shift to there for chelters
What about the race before They settled that as well
