just come off the phone to RP customer services to give my comments on the new site. I find the font size of the form, weight carried e.t.c. too small and definitely smaller that the old site. There is also too much space between the individual horses on the race card, which means more scrolling up and down and all in all this means that I find it much harder for form study. Apparently I am in a minority and if I don't like it - tough - just cancel your subscription and go elsewhere. I have been a customer of the racing post in paper form since it started and an online subscribing customer since they first started charging. Am I really in a minority over my concerns?

On the new site has the Racing Post Organiser disappeared or is there a way to access it on the new site?

Yes lordnoise, they've replace the win column, with a wins first, then seconds, then thirds, column.
So really they just ignored your query.
It's a wonder they didn't direct you to the ATR site for the missing win prize money total.

rumpus it's on the top bar menu to the left of search,
when i've looked it has horses you've deleted and doesn't always give you the horses running for definite just the entries, also you have to click on another button to get you notes up on said horse and for some reason can't delete...only good thing is it list the horse in race times descending

Nope, tried all browsers cleared cookies downloaded and installed new browsers the address http://www.racingpost.com/ now only sends you to the beta site.
TBF i only ever used it when it was free, i paid for members club once but then found at the races browser. IMO it's a far better/superior site with much more information. AND IT'S FREE

In anticipation of losing the old site. I've managed to get a studying routine going using the Sporting Life and ATR.
All the information I need is there.
Of course it all depends on each individuals approach to studying and what they're looking for.
Needless to say I won't be subscribing to the new Racingpost site at all anymore.
So they can throw the new site and the old site with it, in the skip as far as I'm concerned.

me too Dr Crippen, I'll keep using it while the old site is available. I've already cancelled subscription and told them why, but they don't seem that fussed. Asked them when old site will be going , was told probably the end of March.

i would never study form on my mobile either but every now and again you want to see the form when not near a computer and now you can, the site looks good to me on mobile has not drastically changed on desktop from the old version
not sure what people are talking about the prize money, you can see horses earnings on the profile page, not that its something ive ever been interested in when studying a race

Thanks sparrow for sorting this out simply, now can you get timeform betfair results without the padlocks which have started tnte please and then get my chrome working on windows 10, thanks in advance, I know you'll fix it! 
I stopped using Windows 10 doorman and reverted back to 8.1. I do use Chrome though.
Dan has just sorted the timeform prob so chrome left sparrow, hate fiddling with puter stuff, how do I revert? Other puter is on windows7 still and is excellent with chrome. When the windows 10/chrome freezes it stops everything, can't use mozilla/IE or anything except gruss unaffected (thank god), currently uninstalled chrome and gone to mozilla but prefer chrome if possible.
My computer came with 8.1 and I upgraded to 10 so not a big problem to revert. If your computer came with 10 then I don't think you can do much about it. I changed back by using the system recovery settings.
If your computer came with Windows 10 you can overwrite it with anything you want.
There are plenty of cheap Windows 7 and 8 on ebay.

Does anyone use the 'My Ratings' feature?
When looking at a horses lifetime historic form you can either use the default 'RPR' tab which gives the RPR ratings in the far right column or you can switch to the 'My Ratings' tab where your own entered rating appears in it's place with the column called 'MR'. At the moment none of my historic ratings are showing at all. Has anyone else got the same issue and know why? I am hoping data hasn't been transferred yet because the old site is still running. I really hope that's the reason

Someone in the staffing always has to justify that they are intelligent and the best way to do it is to come up with the idea of changing things.
They don't take into account the age thing.
As the country has a very high age census someone should realise the difficulty they are making for most pensioners.
When working there was always someone who could work out how to use changes but once retired there is no such contact.

I am trying to convince myself that Beta site MAY be better when we get familiar with it....However I find it horrendous at the mo and I will continue to subscribe to the Daily Newspaper Version as it gives me far more info than even their old website. Typical of large corporates in changing things thinking their customers will benefit....yet rarely do

I'm fairly sure I can get that info if buying a RP Dr C which I often do if punting bigger stakes than usual although I me be wrong there.

The raceform rating or the top speed figures for every historic race are the main reasons why many subscribe.

i assume the same monkeys that were used to redesign the Post site got the gig for the Sporting Life site too..they must have offered a 2 for the Price of 1 deal judging by the mess they have made of both !Just watch the paid subscriptions on the Post fall off a Cliff!
