yes same here 'oops try again' probably doing upgrades. would have been nice to let us know, hopefully back on soon

Now on official site, when clicking individual horse form, it is not always showing the form but connects to the page, not sure this is my browser or security?is anyone having the same problem?
yes, many parts of the site are unavailable. its been like this for hours, yet nothing from the racing post to explain why.

I think they're trying to go live with the new site (to some people or areas) and are having issues.
this is taking a long time to sort out. apparently theres been a problem since 12am.
Is it everyone or just a select few theyre messing about with ? Can anyone out there sign in ?
No, cant sign in...theyve gone with a Home page announcement of the issue so must be tanking for all i suspect

just a guess, but i think they're working on problem with the new site & blaming it on a 3rd party as an excuse. wouldn't surprise me if it came on just before racing.

They have been having trouble for at least a week. Often, clicking on RESULTS produces the legend: "There are no results to display". Gaps in the database seem to be intermittent and random.
Yes a quiet Sunday like this would be the time to go live with the new site ...

Again today the site is unusable. I am not receiving the service for which I have paid. Generally the site is unstable and , on occasions, unusable and thus not fit for purpose. I suggest that the regularity of such issues is putting you in breach of consumer protection legislation.

Please provide your details of compensation for this and other recent outages.
I do not want tips or other non monetary compensation as has been offered on prior occasions.
Please also advise what action is being taken to render the site more stable as, presently, I am in doubt as to the advisability of renewing my membership in May.

the "results search function" from previous years of racing is not working properly on beta or old version - its an absolute nightmare.
continiously getting warnings like this - There is no information about this trainer in the database
It really is a farce, but expect nothing back from them bar a free tip...
Warning to everyone to be careful when looking up trainer entries - i just searched a particular trainer to see if he has any entries in the coming few days - Racing Post showed no entries but the sporting life shows 3 entries on Thursday and Friday.
Clearly an issue that RP are having with their database.

Really pathetic can't they sort this site out or can't they be bothered, so wish was an alternative.
