Yeh, got answered straight away, sounds good but response of "I'll have that added for you" as opposed to "I've sorted it for you and it's done" was slightly iffy, I'll keep an eye out next month

just got the £10 a month even though i have been a customer since the start..also reckon if i ring this time 2017 will get the same offer again
will have to reduce the number of pundits with this loss of income!!..so win win |

ashleigh - I phoned them again - spoke to different person - sayed it cant be done - so keep an eye out next March - when they take the full amount

just spoke to them said they could not do offer as I am on contract with them till end December, would not let me pay for next month and take new contract out.

I took up this £10.00 a month offer last year on this black Friday thing, when I rang up about renewing a couple of weeks ago they kept me on the same rate for another year, may be worth remembering when your offer period runs out.

Thanks to the OP for posting this, just got my existing subs reduced to a £10 a month for the year too, best bet I've done today thats for sure :)

I waited 3 hours for the call back and had to ring again and due to me having to go out they said they would call back at 6.30pm. I am currently on the half price deal from last February.

I waited on the phone as the callback said within 48 hours and I guessed the offer would be over by the time they called back. Basically after the message there wasn't a wait anyway and answered within a minute.

They have rung to tell me that as I am on an existing offer and contract then they can't offer me anything.
