I have had blv quicker than sky on occasions , but I don't really check it often as it is only 0.1-0.2 quicker and I prefer the bigger screen

My Live Video has been faster than SKY 432 since April this year. Once each day I have to change the settings buffer to 0. It may only be fractions of a second ahead but every little helps.

Bootman, what browser do you use and internet provider?

Good point about the settings buffer Bootman, mine is also set to
0 secs buffer.

I wonder what other people have theirs set to.

Is your lv smooth on they settings?  Mines stutters on the fastest setting 0. If play it on 0.5 or 1 it is smoother
although lose the all important speed of 0

James - 99% of the time it's very smooth, maybe the odd race throughout the day pauses fractionally but a quick refresh normally sorts it out. It's been very stable over the past few months and I reckon it's nearly 1/2 sec quicker than Sky - I can certainly see a horse land after a fence, glance across to Sky and see it land again.

33 - Skybox is 3 year old, perhaps that could be a factor, but I think it's down to an excellent broadband speed regularly over 150 Mbps with Virgin
