I played the dome race arcade game at Fleetwood pier in the early 60's. I distinctly remember it was a threepenny bit a play ! The horses were past Grand National winners. |

About 15/20 years ago there was a video horse racing game with 2f races from the USA. The races often looked the same on a loop, there was one where the leader went off about 10 clear and still got caught (lasix must have run out!) , but the horses names would be different.
I can remember the commentary of 'ITS A DRIVING FINI**** A PHOTO FINISH......PLEEEEAASE HOLD ALLLLLLLLLL BETS!' |

wembley was a board game like monopoly that mirrored the fa cup with the best teams man utd etc given a top price and lower teams given a lower price, you then had draws and the results decided with different coloured dice, with the lower teams using dice with possible higher scores on,very much like totopoly as well

Was there a game that needed somebody to turn a handle? The handle turning made the "track" shake which , in turn , made the nags move. Totopoly?

They had one of those horse racing games in Venetian in Vegas, few years ago 5 of us sat there for hours and hours playing, we made so much noise people were coming from all round the casino to watch us, I was winning every race and cheering like mad, one of my mates sitting around the other side was getting annoyed, then my mate sitting next to me told him I was backing all 6 horses every race
