More absolute indefensible filth. Drifter and ridden accordingly. Winner quickened well, but Nina ensured she wanted NOTHING to do with the obvious route down the outside. Starts trying when the race is over.
Filth is filth.

2 out she is going well, to me it looks like she thinks she has everything in front of her beat when she is going to make her move , but , just as she pulls out to make a run, allez sea comes past and gets first run on her , also , at the point allez sea passes her it blocks her in and checks her momentum .

Best amateur jockey around. Not her finest hour but no way would it have beaten the winner...lot of people talking through their pockets in the getting out stakes. Not as bad as Colemans non trier abourd Taquin du Seuil.

so shes cantering 12 lengths off the pace with 2f to go,every other rider off the bridle, and she making no effort til the second fav goes by and then she hits off another horse just to make sure? then she makes an effort with 1/2 a furlong to go?and theres"absolutely nothing to see here" maybe you looked at the wrong race?

Held up behind leaders, raced keenly early, disputed 6th at halfway, dropped to rear briefly and outpaced under 2f out, ran on inside final furlong into never nearer 3rd, just failed for 2nd, not trouble winner (op 4/5 tchd 6/4)

agree with kavvie the stink in the betting before the race coinciding with that ride calls for a pull
i wd like her to explain why no effort was made sooner when they were all getting shuffled along she was having a cuppa shocker of a ride it was , they need to look at this and the lay bets on her

Just watched the race. The winner was produced perfectly . Carberry got caught out by JJ. He is a very very good jockey. Better than Carberry IMO. I doubt her mount would have beaten the winner anyway. It's the "drift" that draws one's attention to a defeat. Not a great ride, but not bent.

She thought she had everything in front of her covered and without being kept in for a few strides when Codd went past her she would have quite easily got second. Not her finest hour imo as I think she's a fantastic jockey but then again so is JC. Add to that the horse probably wants further and softer ground

as soon as the race started i new after a fur something stunk g elliots horses 9 times out of 10 are up with the van if wanted when it drifts from 4/5 to 6/4 on track someone new ride was so negative really hard to believe the horse was wanted !

Elliott had a bad day there yesterday , could have lost both his fallers. They way they stacked up rounding the home turn I thought thats when Nina should have kicked . Poor judgement from a top rider ...

dont know about that dealer she was fully 7 len of pace when they were all rowing she got caught out flat footed then she got a bit bother trying to gain a clear passage they think the horse has lots of class but is a rogue at home ! strange way to ride a stayer imo !

The winner came from further back. Why back a stayer in a 2 mile flat race on decent ground? It's ptp win was on softer ground over further. Plus if you knew after a furlong it wasn't off you could have laid the nuts off it

nothing wrong with the ground wd not want it firm won a point on soft but it was dif class i seen the drift and put a saver on the winner ! made a profit but lots of stayer win 2 mile bumpers but you use the horses assets to obtain the best position and exploit any weaknesses in the other runners , sitting holding up a stayer not moving a mussel was not the best tactics , its a bit like putting slip Anchor in the derby and holding it up last wd never win in a million years !

Why back a stayer in. 2 mile flat race?? The majority of horses that run and win in these bumpers are stayers!!! Stupid comment. Nina's horse pulled hard early and wouldn't have beaten the winner whatever she did.

Bigmart and BWS are both correct , lots of these 4yo bumper runners have already won a p2p. I disagree with BWS re Ninas horse ,settled well enough and a little keen but never pulled too hard imo...As a aside can't make up my mind weather to go to Curragh or not .Not the best of cards.

It's not a stupid comment. If you're backing horses at around evens you'd surely want their optimum conditions. The winner came from further back and basically out speeded the fav.

would everyone agree that all Group 1,2 and 3 races involve either pacemakers or horses trying to win, and quite a few of the low grade ones involve horses that are not ridden to win?
Do trainers still enter non trier horses in handicaps to get their weight down for when they are "off"?
