Been very slow for me too-not just today but for the last week or so.

They should patent the spinning wheel

So apart from the rancid off-times, hopeless racecourses, crooked jockeys, bent trainers, ineffective governing body, useless trade paper, broken websites, awful coverage, bot-driven exchanges, feeble bookmakers and lazy journalists..how are, erm, we all today?  Winning I hope?

I bet they make no mistake collecting subscription fees though. Absolutely rancid outfit. There is no excuse for a piss poor slow website, customers should not put up with it. That website has been a disgrace for years.

My solution for action is simple. Email them you are sick and tired of their pathetic useless slow website, and because it has gone on far too long you are left with no alternative but to cancel your subscription. Thousands do the same, lazy post staff who don't give a damn about customers have to think about getting their sorry act together.

But, the post know that won't happen, so the piss poor experience continues.

They still can't work out why it keeps timing out on the iPad - they just blame Apple. Perhaps you should write the application like all the other thousands that don't time out dumbos!

thank f-ck it's not just my computer, so lots of punters got a huge problem with the Racing Post online service. I cancelled last month and then re-subscribed. I think i'll do it again every month just to annoy them. cheers.

Interesting assumption, The Headmaster. Anyone who complains about anything must be losing money. Had a very good day in terms of punting yesterday, thanks for asking. It doesn't make the pathetic performance of the RP website (and it is still terrible this morning) any more acceptable.

I use it for the pedigree and sales details which are not adequately provided by either of the sites you mention.
