For many of you, the notion of being banned online is old news. I've just been told I'm not welcome in a shop.
On a tangent, I'm a radio presenter and I'm looking to get some material on this subject to get a documentary commissioned.
What I'm looking for are those of you with an angle, an experience, anyone who can help lift the lid and get this conduct out to a wider audience.
I have a temporary number for this. 07481 419 645.

Might be because you don't wash - being a radio presenter and all.

OP

Being banned from shops is just as common as online now. I've been banned from ladcrooks shops, no explanation but I'm more than welcome to play £100 spin on their fobts - that tells you everything you need to know.

As the government earns a fair coin from these dreadful machines nothing will ever change

I have read that deep in their t's and c's there's a clause for retail customers they can refuse a bet, but there is no mention of all bets from an individual customer. Also it's looking like the 'no reason given' does fall short of the Equalities act 2010 which applies for shops (not online) so any advice on that angle would be great.

By clicking on your name, Norton it shows the last three threads you've started. There's two in the last few days on this topic, and one on dirty e/w thievery asking how to keep accounts open while doing it. Was the e/w thievery your downfall?

Nortansaphire, I would humbly suggest your angle is that the bookmaking industry's discriminatory and underhand misrepresentation of the way they do business is shamelessly propped up by a totally complicit racing and betting media, who are being side-salaried by the major bookmakers to breathe not a single word about it...

Good point, the RP must receive a good whack of it's revenue from Bookie advertising. Not biting the hand that feeds it! Was it my each way thieving? lol, no idea, they don't give a reason and thats the reason for this piece.
