you could have dragged someone out the stands to ride more responsibly,
he has near bowled three horses over with no effort to straighten the horse, wreckless in my opinion

EVILROYSLADE 20 May 16 17:02 Absolutely the right decision
jeff..that same scenario has happened dozens and dozens of times and without a jockey being guilty of reckless riding they are never ever demoted.

It was clearly an appalling decision as the rules stand> totally unjustifiable. And to make it worse they placed it in front of Clear Spring. Apparently they can tell exactly how much Huntsman's and Clear Spring lost to place it behind one and ahead of the other.

I agree with all that has been said regarding the rules as they stand. Did they take into account the manoeuvre from the stalls by any chance. That may also have been a factor.

layed Seeking Magic i/r shocked its got chucked. How they can define it impeded Huntsamns sufficient to demote it yet not have a knock on to Clear Spring beggars as much belief as does the change of the result. If your placing it behind Huntsmans then shouldnt be in 1st 3.

that one prob hurt a lot of people because many would have gone in with that drift and loaded up thinking the 2nd wasn't impeded and distance was too big to 3rd, painful

As you can see Roi, didn't stand to lose the earth, but prefer to get back what I consider mine by right!

I didn't say I had Roi. I layed the "winner" pre race. As you said, and as I thought, it seemed highly unlikely it would be chucked, even impossible. That doesn't mean it wasn't the correct decision. The rules WOULD encourage the big hitters like yourself to dive in and hoover up the cash. The result has surprised me greatly, but nonetheless I think it justified.
