I remember you telling me a prescott 3 runs beaten soundly all starts was a lay and i told you you were p1ssing in the wind as to what ability it actually had on how the trainer has got winners for years.

On that occasion you were actually right then the next day one beaten up even worse in its qualifying runs sluiced up at a short price

laying  i take a good look at the first 4 in the betting and the form ... why 3 of em will get beat... its a no brainer   get   33/1 shots  when they win  and they do now and again  its a long way back into profit

Prescott seems to me to take advantage of the rules. He DOES run stoutly bred ones over short distances until they get a mark ( pun intended ).That's the problem with a centralised handicap which doesn't take into account distance or course ( though for some reason they will distinguish between a/w and tur ).
