Velvet Maker is an interesting horse when ridden in front or tracking the leaders,
He is probably the only horse in Ireland in the past 6 months to Win a 2 mile chase in Under 3 minutes 50 seconds (Naas 3m 48.30s Fast by 3.70s)
In his next 2 races he "plodded around" behind Douvan,
Trainer has a good strike rate.

Have backed this Mr E. lets hope we win.
