Actually Hexham is pretty much the only course in the country that ARC could buy that one may reasonably expect t see a prize money uplift.  Plus an ARC clerk or clerks there and it fits their Northern Jump portfolio.

If Hexham has been sold I'd say ARC are massive odds-on.

Not a chance the Roguen brothers would buy Hexham. It's a fabulous racecourse but no chance of putting a carpark/hotel/residential development on it.

getting better mate - had a rough few mths healthwise (same disease as poor old  Ali Brownlee at the Boro) but got mine sorted soon as - still got the bag on but hopefully will get a date to get it off April 11th

geordie1956 is right...a great little course with outstanding views of the racing

a public footpath passes next to much of the back straight and it makes a pleasant walk when the racing isn't on
