Doubt if Xaar will be around to celebrate his 10th forum birthday....when the moderators wake up they have no option but to empty him after that opening post

We've all been guilty of doing a thread in the middle of racing and emotions will always come involved! OP will learn like we all have, xarr was a disappointed horse, don't go down same route

I think the OP has a very fair point. The midget Katchit was 14.2 hands when he left Mick Channon and 16.2 when he won his first juvenile for King at Market Rasen. He won the Triumph Hurdle as a 19.4 hands giant.

What is seriously ridiculous about this is that you can openly accuse a trainer of doping his horses but you cannot quote the name of a registered racehorse because it happens to share part of its name with a minor Racing Post journalist of several years ago.

Alan King (mentioned below) trained Willoughby Hedge to finish second at Warwick the day before yesterday. There seems little evidence that this horse was doped.

I have inserted the space after Will and o to hopefully bypass the Betfair filter.

This just illustrates the lunacy of this organisation. They have left the offensive and libellous title intact but removed any reference to the poster or the actual content of the post. Now poor Onlooker's innocent and sensible response appears to be supportive of the op's opinion. You really couldn't make it up.

Original poster disappeared from heading. What are the moderators up to? ------------
Indeed - As my response has now been moved up to the beginning of the thread - - May I confirm - for those who may not be aware, or realised, that the Original poster xarr's comment has been deleted by the moderators - that I did NOT start this thread.

id like to think he isnt banned, id also like to think Alan King would be above caring about a pocket talking thread on here never mind considering legal action as some drama queens have suggested

The Moderators have deleted the Original Poster's OPENING, offensive, comment - which has, consequently, moved my response posting of ... "Dear oh dear" - to the top.
As has been posted by others - the WHOLE THREAD should be removed.

If they banned every punter from betting that has uttered something similar in the heat of the moment, there would be no betting or racing. Get off yer high horses.

mac - I have never heard you spout anything other than eminent sense and many things of interest or amusement. Why you would now try to justify the totally unjustifiable is quite beyond me.

blackbarn, there is no way I`m trying to justify it, especially the dreadful statement about wishing people dead, probably just because he done his money. All I`m saying is that knee jerk statements like that are made every day in betting shops and on this forum, in the heat of the moment when people lose money, usually money they can`t afford. I`ve heard a lot worse. Sadly, it`s in the nature of many gamblers like the opening poster. Many a trainer has been similarly labelled on here. regards the thread heading. Best to ignore them. I`m sure he regrets it AGAIN.

Why don't the Moderators think a little in these case ?
By just removing the opening post from the thread creator, it automatically leaves the second person to post as appearing to be the perpetrator !
It also leaves the Thread Title up, which can be as offensive as the original opening post.
Note to Mods. REMOVE THE ENTIRE THREAD
( I hope you've complained onlooker)

Quite shocking claim in rhe opening post..first of all just ignored it but when I saw the author was a sensible and knowledgeable contributer like onlooker I was frankly incredulous...no doubt rhe racing press will eventually pick up on the story, even before betfair's legal team do...
