I don't think it's a isp or browser issue due to sometimes it's fine for others will sh1te for me using same set up.

Didn't see first but that was a nightmare. Also tried on my neighbours wifi (they know) which is sky compared to my Virgin broadband and both paused.
If it's internet or ISP related how comes it only seems to happen one meeting at a time?

it seems to always be the same PROVIDERS that have a problem (ATR & SIS!!!)
not sure dusty , but a common denominator needs to be found

It's Betfair no opening enough servers imo. They can fix it as they usually do once they get on the job. Usually with 1 race left

No problems with the first at Fairyhouse, no problems with Meydan here. So, it's more than just a software/hardware/ISP issue.
LV was dead level with channel 4 feed at start of race.

yes dusty , when there was a problem with betfair price refreshes , we had to do that hops pathping thing , it showed that some pings were so much slower than what it should have been and I think betfair fixed it .

I counted easy 20 seconds but it was hard to tell as you couldnt see the horse cross the line as it was frozen

at least mine was behind pre race there so i knew to not bet 
something strange as i was fine again throughout that race
its definitely the route it takes to some getting slowed

First at Lingfield fine - did have pausing but, crucially, speeded up to correct time.

We're currently liaising with ATR to get this rectified and checking internal servers

well that donny race lost no time at all against the feed
if its true what bf just said about talking with atr about internal servers then that might have done it

it obviously stinks if atr/bf only act when pushed as that is open to abuse
Finally fixed fully for that race. Amazing that you can get the same problem every day, yet always takes an hour or so and dozens of complaints for the fix to come.

If Betfair are talking to ATR why don't they ask them why the TV pictures are so slow? If they were like the old ATR Extra we wouldn't need Live Video.

exactly rolo it could all be remedied if they just sent the pics through normally to sky et al,alas too much money to be made in selling the product to all the bookmakers
ATR proved in the past they could supply fast pictures, they just don't want to. Hence we have at least twice seen horses running backwards during a "live" race as someone presumably pressed the rewind button on their rancid tape delayed broadcast.
crap here , nearly 10 seconds behind at the finish .....
What an appalling service. Especially when people are risking money.
So how did they manage to fix it for a couple of hours?
