I may have missed something but why are the exchanges so empty today?

They find these early starts very difficult to manage.

There is obviously something wrong with my PC or settings on my betfair account as in the 1:10 market at Taunton on my PC all i can see on the Lay side is every horse is 1000 but on my Laptop the Lay market is full with all different prices.
Has anyone ever come accross this problem before or is it just a case the PC may be to old as my Laptop is a pretty decent one
