Max on all above £50 in hill shops! If you were in a shop i apologise, it was your cashier that was having you on mate, i suggest in future finding another shop!
By:
Limit in lads shop this morning for One Track Mind was also £50/£25ew
It always pays to get out the house and down to your nearest location where there is a few firms close by! Not many towns don't have that these days! |
By:
At least the refunded stake will pay for the petrol, if the other 1 wins that's the parking sorted as well.........
By:
Ladbrokes were maximum £25 on One Track Mind, that's £25 win (or £12.50 ew) in the one I bet in, seen it on the monitor.

Aside from the fact that not everyone lives in a town, I don't, and there ain't a shop near me, why thef uck should I have ANY bet declined online, and accepted in a shop?
Bookmakers areb ollocks, andw ankers. |

By:
if your a face in billys [marked punter] £10 LIMIT ALL P/W
I TRY TO FIND A SHOP WHERE THEY DONT KNOW ME & get fifty on |
By:
Hardest, I think you're right trouble is finding another unrecognised staff member. Of the big four bookies billys are least accommodating by far.
By:
Sea the stars has the penny finally dropped , ive been doing this six year . get to Donny centre its a punters dream 12bookies all playing . and all do able in the time you get and different cashiers everytime you go in,
By:
I live north west London and have bookies all over the place to choose from but find cashier's/managers at billy's the least likely to change, many have been at shop for years so proves difficult.
By:
2 billies where i live one only takes tenners but the other one ok
SO FAR |
By:
I live in North Shields and by far and away their the friendliest staff i know and they all understand certain punters only want to bet on certain races etc and they are very accommodating. Of course it always helps when about half of those cashiers are also playing the same races!
![]() Though tbf, when i am on Blackpool, Waterloo Rd seem to not be too fussed about taking a bet either. Altough korals don't accommodate as they don't open till 9am, the hills, lads and baldys there do and all neighbour each other. And for my right honourable gentleman above who mentioned parking, it's free ![]() |
By:
i,m suprised you,d have thought during the last year they would be putting taxi,s on for you from your front door, coffee biscuits etc
By:
if your a face in billys
So you think you're a 'face' in the bookies? Are you 'a face' or just somebody they see coming as they know 'the face' backs pricewise so get the spiel rehearsed? We must have different defs of what a 'face in a bookies is! |
