Not a laying man myself, but can't help but feel that Godolphin's Second Wave in the aforementioned contest is a superb looking lay at odds below 2.00 (even money).
Lets have a look at some of the negatives:
* Latest three runs have not all been progressive in terms of ratings (which some would have you believe) * 10lbs up in the Handicap for a neck victory last time * Up in class (previous race won was in a 0-85) * For what it's worth, the various speed ratings that I use do not point towards a victory today * Up against some proven Class 2/3 (in form) horses such Lacan and Big Whiskey who relish this surface
In light of the above, I am laying for everything I can find as this Second Wave should be odds against at the very least IMVHO.
