Owners know that when the Leeches send horses far afield then there is a strong chance they are trying. Today, two entries run at:
Catterick 12:20 - Silmi - 18/1 - In his heyday ran in class 1s, and would chew and spit this lot out, but clearly has had his issues. Not to say they cannot bring them back, as the Leeches can. The ground no issue and a decent jock Maurice Linehan on board in this first race.
But the one with the potential is of course,
Catterick - 15:20 - Dothraki Raider - 6/1 - Late last season this Kayf Tara, at Ffos Las, ran well on his first outing with ATR commenting 2travelling best 3 out but fading to 3rd on very testing ground". Whilst there were only 4 runners in that race looks stronger than todays. The dam won 6 on the bounce for Sir Mark Prescott 5 at Wolvy and the other at Southwell from 8.5f the 12f, so the expected better ground should suit, with Aidan Coleman in the saddle.

Bob, Congratulations, pleasure to see the Forum being used correctly for once with your informative and well-reasoned post. About time we sane Forumites staged a counter coup and rescued the site from the unwashed clowns, trolls and fantasists who proliferate here with their legend-in-their-own-mind delusional rants. We all know who the vermin are!
I had also marked out Dothraki Raider (3.20 Catt)as a likely e/w selection, unfortunately now only 7 runners but still 3 places available BF, so will still be playing.
