Timeform free PDF files - fairly frequent download problems

Thus seems to happen more than twice a week which is extremely irritating tho to be fair its free - does anyone else have problems?  I find Firefox better than other browsers but even so waste a lot of time trying workarounds to attempt downloads and some days they're just unavailable it seems.  Any ideas as every time I ring B'fair the operatives seem oblivious of the problem.
