Isn't that Shane Kelly the chap with the worset reputation among punters than Betfair Eddy and look what happened to him.
I suppose if you are a trainer or owner and you can reply on a jockey to follow your orders he would seem like a excellent Jockey.

I think he is a good jockey and everyone deserves a second chance.

I have seen one ride from Kelly on a Hughes horse that made me think a lot less of Richard Hughes. My opinion of Shane Kelly remained unchanged.

TBF that last horse was an absolute dog, but 1.4 on a Shane Kelly horse on the AW - lumps of money lost on that, but must be mad.

I don't know about the best jockey current riding on the AW, as that was the claim made and nothing more but he would be near the top anyway.

Any other issue either valid or not doesn't really have a bearing ability wise on that claim.
