Yes, what happened?

Horses down at the start for what seemed ages, firstly waiting for Irish race to finish and then what seemed an over long delay deciding whether horses were going to be withdrawn. These are very inexperienced horses and it surely doesn't benefit them to be hanging around for 10-15 minutes.
