I received an email from BF the other day saying that my account was not eligible for sportsbook promotions including best odds guaranteed. I just call them to ask why i could not use these features and was given the answer the promotions team make these decisions and as they are not a customer facing team. Therefore there was nothing they could do and could not give any reasons for this decision end of story. Anyone else receive such an email or could shed some light in to why such a decision can be made?

I did sometime ago, the excuse they gave me was they noticed betting patterns on my account that they do not approve of, i can only guess by that they mean backing a winner.

Thanks for getting in touch.
I can confirm that our Sportsbook team have decided to restrict your account with us due to the fact you are currently in profit on the Sportsbook. They have also noticed betting patterns on your account that they do not approve of, unfortunately they did not mention what those patterns were.

The sportsbook have a clueless way of compiling their horse race prices..

I would like to say "traders" but they cannot have any..

When there is no liquidity on the exchange those who can get on with the alleged "bookmakers" like to dangle a few pounds in the lay section to inflate the off course prices and then pounce each way..

Unfortunately for those who like to partake the exchange "sportsbook" takes the model to extremes and so closes you down in a heartbeat..
