If you consult Jockeypedia, you will see that he was born on Feb 10, 1932.
That's a different John Egan WHITWHITLAW and was English and known as Jack Egan and as your site states is no longer with us.
I assume the OP means the Irish jockey John Egan, who is still riding today if saying he was one of those holding up Pat Eddery, as Jack Egan again according to your site died around a decade or so earlier than Eddery retired from riding.
As for the oldest jockey still riding, I think I have an inkling as to who that might be......Although some on here might say define "still riding."
