Weaver's concluded there's no draw bias already

what makes me laugh is the conclusion of no draw bias with stall 14 winning from stall 12 in second, had stall 1 beaten stall 3 it woulda been a different matter ... none of the pundits consider there could possibly be an outside bias, they seem to think an outside draw result does so against the bias whereas an inside draw result only confirms the bias. They are stuck in a stall 1 best, stall 2 second best, stall 3 third best mentality.
