godsend you been drinking it states the hotelier overcharged and sends the bell boy back Crazy

the correct term for these riddles , is  a classic logical fallacy Cool

so he decides to keep £2  and gives the girls a pound each !
so they have payed £27 plus the £2 the bell boy kept
that adds up to £29  .  so where has the missing pound gone

Hardly a puzzle, when the statement ' so they have paid £27 ' is incorrect  !

I.e what's in the till ? Answer £25. ( so that's what they have really paid ).

Add back £3 to girls and £2 to bellboy ( £5)  Total £30

borrowed £50 from my brother £50 from my sister
bought a jacket for £97  then gave them back a £1 each
kept a  £1   so i still owe them £49 each thats £98
plus the £1 i kept = £99  where has the missing pound gone

£98 -£1 you kept =£97 what the coat cost.

gonna send you a pic of my m8s laddies pc set up roida you wd love it
he has 3 monitors one straight other 2 joined but at slight angles
he has plenty of ram [virtual memmory ] for multi tasking ,
and a very fast processor , its perfect for you ,
you can watch 3 dif screens and control them sep ie
u can have say bet fair on one live racing on the other and even a dif bookmaker or odds checker on the other , or you can just make the 3 one screan its weird seeing all 3 make up one surround
its fantastic to watch films as well , the screens have to have a fairly good resolution
but u need a really good graphics card his was 500 quid Surprised its an amazing piece of kit
he got the moniters for free so was lucky 2 year old !

no not like that the 3 are joined so you can either watch separate or as one screen
ie a 1/3 of pic is on each screen to make up surround sound , or can be operated as separate
entities  !
