Anybody else had problems verifying with these morons?
Wanted the usual bits and bobs, including a scan of card used to deposit.
Sent everything in, including a clear scan of the card.
They then replied saying I needed to send a photograph of the card in instead of a scan.
When I questioned this, they did not reply and closed my account?

Funny how one never has to verify one`s identity to deposit, only when one tries to withdraw.
u sound a bit thick roida.i suggest you read the op again.
re-read...still no mention of trying to withdraw anything...maybe you see something i cannot?
they wanted a scan of the card USED to deposit,that would denote that he had already deposited before he encountered any problem.

Well yes - if you're going to force every new user to send off verification docs before they can deposit, I'll wager you won't have a very busy betting site imo.

Perhaps that is the way to go then - I can remember in the dim and distant when accounts were opened you had to verify quite soon after your first bet and failure to do so would result in a suspended account...
However once you verified you were allowed a bet unlike the chancers and liars that populate the "industry" today...
