I get that impression too. Friday was appalling for me, Saturday was terrible for everyone, Sunday and Monday was better (though not perfect) but seemed worse for many others. Strange but sadly normal? |

No worries betfair, you have got so bad lately and agree with a previous post it is like you are trying to cover something up. Very poor customer service. |

I get the impression that betfair think alls well since theyve not made any recent announcements.i emailed them this morning detailing all the ongoing problems iv been having & mentioned that all my other sites including ig index wich i guess works on a similar platform were working perfectly.if imanage to get in the site it continually freezes & loses connection,cost me a good few quid yesterday & frankly iv lost confidence to have a sizeable bet on here.if i get my e mail reply telling me to clear cookies i'll be down there with a shotgun.

I suspect that the Helpdesk are also being kept in the dark and know very little except that they have unhappy customers who refuse to clear out their cookies!

Just loaded Horse Racing https://www.betfair.com/exchange/horse-racing , it took 28 seconds from clicking the link to seeing the market loaded. Iam on Virgin Media's cable broadband up-to 200Mb (used to be 152Mb) service. Well it seems like it is all back to loading properly for me now. It must have been well over a week of problems though, not good by anyone's standards that  |
