Agreed. Admit you are wrong. Admit the new site is woeful. Admit that you are unable to maintain it to a competent level. But in the meantime, re-open the old site. Everybody is wrong sometimes although probably not quite to this level.

the board should have been asking questions after the new site was tested and the users said it was pants, the continued reliability issues no matter what the cause are further testament to how badly this site is managed

the security was compromised a few years ago, what chance we'll have another talk talk incident before too long and i wonder how long it will take bf to own up this time?

the site is creaking even before it gets put under attack

We're continuing to work on fixing the issues with our Exchange. Unfortunately we don't have a timeframe on when this will be fixed = we haven't got a clue what the fcuk is wrong.
