Acting badly today -  cannot get the markets up - seems stuck .... shocking really

Has it crashed - would not place my bet in-running at Cheltenham and the prices haven't moved. Shockingly bad.

Had a momentary freeze during the last race bilbo. About 3 fences out.

They haven't. I'm thinking of leaving Betfair alone if it doesn't improve soon. Ludicrous.

API gone for sure here, was able bet IR at Chelts via the useless website though.

That was the time Darlo.

i can't get on the site at all. i've been having problems for days, when are betfair going to fix this site? how many times must this happen for them to realise the site is a joke. worst site on the whole internet.

Look on the bright side if you can't get on neither can the cyber criminals

Can't even open the site now though API seems to be working - how does that happen?

Mine's (API) fine here - bar that brief freeze during the last at Cheltenham - but there's a hell of a lot of complaints on Twitter that both the site and API is down.

It will not happen, however if everybody on here agreed a date, to withdraw all our money, you see how quick
they would be to sort things out.

alien-what a great idea we can"t just do nothing

99.99% of big companies would say "hands up, we screwed up, we should not have sent you all to the new site because it is nowhere near ready and we are sending you back to the old site for at least 3 months until we are CERTAIN  that it is sorted".
But thats only 99.99%.

I'm tempted to contact the Helpdesk, no one has told me to clear my cookies for a couple of days and I think I've got withdrawal symptoms.

I've just done that and they told me to do it.

Works ok for a bit but then you get 'secure connection failed' f00king annoying.

New site is complete shoite, so many glitches. Forever pulling the race up only for it to disappear again, that is doing my head right in, forever scrolling on here.
