I played with this some yeas ago - "picking losers" easy ..peasy lemon squeasy ! So eyes shut pin out (no proper analysis or research at all) within a few days £600 quid up! Oooh lovely I though - so now allocate time, do some proper research Arghhh now I begin to lose ! Makes no sense at all ! My brother in Law thought he'd have a go ..he's a retired Chartered Accountant ...OK at first - then whoops layed to 30-1 outsides (@ £100) about six grand down in an afternoon ! That cured him..  I'm not saying it can't be done - if you have a winning strategy good luck to you...and long may it continue. I'll just stick with "BetTrader" (arb in and out). |

Thanks for the reply Rockinron. I went through exactly the process that you mentioned. I got home early from golf one wet Sunday and started watching the racing on telly. Thought to myself, something that is drifting in the betting is much less likely to win so watched the prices and layed a drifter and won myself £20.....did the same in the next 6 races..I thought I had found a money tree....took my bank up to £1500 in less than a month and then hit 2 winners in a row and ended up where I had started. Been trying for 10 years to find a winning strategy and last season this worked....whether it will this year is another matter but we will see.
I also trade most days using BetTrader |

I didn't have time to get on the forum to put the selection for today but it was Mother Meldrum in the 15.20 which was unplaced. If anyone has a problem with me including this I will remove it but not many seem to be following my selections so I don't anticipate a problem. My bot matched it @ 5.7 which gave a profit of £7.50 after comm.
