a very good budget   it aint fair   someone with 19 kids   get  20 grand  more than the PM

Child Tax credit is the one that is capped at 2 children, and that affects Child Care Costs for Working Parents.  (So doesn't hit the doley's at all)

Child Benefit is unaffected and and that the one he needs to cap

One question,.. why is it an emergency budget if none of it starts till April next year?

Takes that long to update the forms, processes, computer systems, etc

They manage it in the Autumn and in  March

gives Quonieta and me the chance to ping two more out pre 2017 kick in .. bonus!

If that is the case,that is not good. These long term dole merchants who think producing children at will is a career need as many benefits cutting as poss
