I emailed them a crazy suggestion a year or so ago , that the races on the live video menu should only disappear once the market has been settled , to stop occurrences like this happening .

If US horse races are delayed, they stay on the list, ditto with football matches; so why can they not do the same with British horse racing. But oddly, if a football match goes to extra-time, the video disappears despite an extra-time market or penalty markets being available to bet on.
