Do bookies ever take any bets on horses like the 3rd,4th and 5th in the betting here! 9/1-10/1 and 25/1.

Anushka Noo Noo was over 40s on here but only 16/1 with the bookies, surely they can't have took any money for that, must have been a skinner!
The disparity is largely due to the each way terms being potentially unfavourable and bookies therefore keen to keep the prices low. Not that they will lay much on a "bad each way race" anyway, so more likely just an excuse to increase their percentages.
Definately a bad EW race for them but why on earth would anyone consider having a bet EW with them when they were 25pts shorter than here?
Don't know, place prices much shorter on here? Didn't look at place market so I don't know.
