Despite taking premium charge last week they still haven't updated my portal detailing the charges and how they can justify taking that sum, anyone know what's happening with the premium charge portal? have tried to send BF an email but still not to receive a reply, hardly surprising.

I sent them an email at 10.15, they say they take an 'average' of 4 hours to reply.

Now 4 hours gone and heard nothing.
