My friend cannot get the APP on the i-pad to work at all.

It's been 5 days now.

I got members club so I could look at newspaper articles

then found u cant

It has to know your correct email address.  Username can never be saved now and on the iPad you have to laboriously type it in every time - and it times out quite a bit!

it's another disastrous decision by racing post...their IT department must be one of the most incompetent in the country. This time i've had enough with the high handed way they treat customers and cancelled my subscription.To be honest don't think it has ever done me much good anyway so nothing to lose.
